Terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Kaizen72 Ltd (“the Consultancy”) to its clients (“the Client”). By engaging the Consultancy, the Client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The Consultancy will provide professional consulting services as agreed upon in the signed agreement or proposal. The scope, duration, and deliverables of the services will be outlined in the contract.

• Fees for services will be outlined in the proposal or agreement and are payable as specified.

• Payments must be made within 7 days of receiving an invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may incur an interest charge.

• Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information disclosed during the consultancy.

• Confidentiality obligations will remain in effect even after the termination of the agreement.

• Any materials, reports, or intellectual property created during the consultancy remain the property of the Consultancy unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• The Client may use such materials for their internal purposes only.

The Consultancy is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• Any losses resulting from the Client’s use of advice or materials provided.

• Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question.

• Either party may terminate the agreement with [e.g., 30 days] written notice.

• Upon termination, the Client must settle any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the location where the company can operate from time to time  and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of its courts.

The Consultancy will not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to events beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).

These Terms and Conditions, along with any signed agreements or proposals, represent the entire agreement between the Consultancy and the Client, superseding any prior discussions or representations.
